Return / Buyback Policy

At Glowtime, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and certified for authenticity. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the following return (buyback) benefits:

• Diamonds: 85% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Gold: 100% of the prevailing market gold price (based on the day’s rate).
• Making Charges / Taxes: Non-refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and certification (IGI/BIS), accompanied by actually unboxing videos without cuts.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% exchange value on your Glowtime jewelry when exchanged for another Glowtime product of equal or higher value, if the item is exchanged within 15 days of purchase:

• The full value of your current product (excluding making chargers/ wastage charges, taxes & shipping) will be credited towards your new purchase.
• Exchange is applicable only with valid invoice & certification.
• Exchanges are subject to inspection of the returned jewelry to ensure authenticity and condition.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and certification (IGI/BIS), accompanied by actually unboxing videos without cuts.

Refund Policy

Glowtime does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

However, customers are welcome to use our Return (Buyback) or Exchange Policy as outlined above.
